We aim to dispatch orders within the same working day if ordered before 1PM. All our shipping options offer a tracked service. Please order before 1pm if you require express shipping or guaranteed next day delivery.

Any custom/tax fees are out of our hands and it is therefore the customer’s responsibility to pay these. We have shipping hubs in the UK and USA - if you order to an address in either of these counties you will not be charged any additional costs on delivery.
Our shipping works on a weight based system, you will be notified of the shipping cost based on the items you have selected at checkout.
We don’t post orders on weekends or bank holidays.
EUROPE: Unfortunately we currently do not ship to Europe but the team are actively working on this. European shipping will be back up and running very soon!
